Meet our Team

  • Jake Davis : Owner

Jake grew up spending his summers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. His time in the Tetons, surrounded by jagged peaks and abundant wildlife cultivated a love for nature at a very young age. He started Revealed In Nature in 2009 with the mission of connecting people to nature through visual storytelling and real life experiences.

Today, Revealed In Nature consists of a photography tour operation, and a natural history media branch that focuses on wildlife filmmaking. Jake’s time is split between the tour operation and working as a wildlife cinematographer around the world for National Geographic and BBC. He’s currently filming for the third installment of the BBC series “Planet Earth”.

  • Mia Moore : Operations Manager

Mia’s earliest and most treasured memories come from her time in the Grand Tetons with her grandparents each year. The love for wildlife and wild places that she has today was born from her experiences here in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. In addition to managing our tour operations and arranging amazing experiences for our guests, Mia owns her own local business (Low-Key Sandwiches), and has a two-year old daughter at home! When she does find a free window, you can find her out on the river in pursuit of cutthroat trout, floating the rivers, or walking the woods looking for wildlife.

  • Bo McDowell : Photography Guide

In 2013 Bo left his home town of Beaufort, South Carolina and moved to Jackson, Wyoming. It was here, surrounded by the Greater Yellowstone Wilderness, that his passion and skill for wildlife photography evolved. He spent every free hour of his time out looking for the local wildlife.

His journey in photography has taken him around the world spending time in South Africa, France, Italy, Morocco, and  Nepal. His travels have shaped him as a photographer, but no place rivals his home here in Jackson for wildlife photography opportunities. “There’s no place I’d rather be,” he says, “than quietly watching a bull moose graze the sage flats, or watching a red fox hunt and pounce in a snowy field.”
